This service is similar to Master Facility Planning, but we focus our

Our Construction Management services are available to clients as part
of our Program Management service or a standalone service. Clients who
have completed initial planning and are entering the design phase of
the project can benefit in time- and cost-savings by relying on our
extensive experience in pre-construction and construction phase
management for schools.
Construction Management includes the following specialties:
- Value Engineering. We can analyze designs and develop
alternative designs to find the most economical solution.
- Scheduling. By applying the Critical Path Method (CPM) of
scheduling, we can develop a plan that keeps all phases of the

- Pre-Construction Efforts. We can lead contractor meetings
